A quick Sunday night treat anyone?? AKA blog candy.

**UPDATE** Al is my HERO!! I do believe he has fixed my link problem and you can now leave comments!! Internet Explorer 7 had a problem with the template I was using. All other browsers worked fine. So Al regenerated my blog, reloaded the template and tested it all out and voila! I told you he was a super tech genious!! Thanks AL!!!

Wow second post of the day... yes a wonderful lazy Sunday!! I was surfing blogs and saw Taylor's cupcake challenge. I have been meaning to do one for a while now and since I had a few minutes tonight I thought I would play along. I LOVE cupcakes, especially chocolate ones, although I will have to say my most favorite cupcake in the whole world are the ones my Mom makes called Black Bottom Cupcakes. I am sure most of you know what these are, a chocolate cupcake with a cream cheese chocolate chip filling. Almost like a cheesecake center really....ooooh yummy! Mommmmyyy.....I wanna cupcake! What is your favorite little goodie?? Leave a comment with your favorite yummy and the recipe if you have time. My four ladies who entered my last challenge already have their names in the pot, but you can surely enter again. You all have until May 2nd midnight MST to enter. I will draw a name on Saturday morning, so check back for sure to see if you have won.
* For those of you who are having problems with my comment link, just email me -----> my address is over there to the right side of my blog. OH and Al may have narrowed down the problem. Seems that people who have Internet Explorer 7 and or Microsoft Vista as their operating system are the ones having problems. Not sure if it a security issue or if my widgets just don't work with those or what. Al is going to check it out when he has some time to mess with it and hopefully get it working. Keep your fingers crossed oh and toes too LOL!

here is the recipe for my favorite goodie.

Jar of Simply Jif Creamy and a spoon-open jar, stick spoon in and put in mouth.

Can't get any better than that.

OOOooo those look good enough to eat on the card! Beautiful card as always!
Id have to say my most favorite dessert is strawberry shortcake. I just take fresh strawberries, cut out the stems and in the middle where its sometimes hard, cut up in chunks, sprinkle sugar over them to get them coated, stir and let sit in refrig till it makes that syrup. Then use those spongecakes and make REAL whip cream..yummmm!
And also wanted to let you know, got my lovely surprise in the mail today! Yay! That is the cutest bear stamp, and of course love those clear stamps...and the mini flowers, they work perfect on the inchies I do! Thanks sooo much!

Cute card! Well, right now my favorite treat is strawberries! I love chocolate and other candy but try to avoid it for the waistline! Sometimes I just give in and have some. LOL

Thanks for the chance to win.

I am a sucker for chocolate chip cookies and brownies. I add some peanut butter chips into the mix and walnuts or pecans on both goodies. Of course, a BIG glass of milk! Thanks

A really great little goodie is this: lay the small square of twisted pretzels on a foil lined cookie sheet and place a Rolo on top. Pop in 300 degree oven for a couple of minutes till it melts.

In the above comment that should read square OR twisted pretzel. Sorry.

Love the card! A favorite treat in my house is made with refrigerator chocolate chip cookies (the break apart kind) and Hershey kisses. I break apart the cookie dough and put in a mini muffin pan. I use a tart stamper to punch down the dough so it forms a cup. Then I place an unwrapped Hershey kiss in the center of each. And bake according to directions (sometimes adding a few extra minutes depending upon your oven). They bake up like a mini chocolate chip cookie/cupcake with a chocolate surprise in the middle! Enjoy

Love the card and all of your work for that matter! My favorite treat is homemade chocolate chip cookies, just from the nestle toll house bag with a pinch of extra salt. Yummy! I asked your mom when she is making those cupcakes and if she would bring me one :) Have a great day!
